Your responsibilities:

Operation of complex precision mechanical production equipment
In-process quality control, documentation, and maintenance
Continuous improvement (Kaizen)
Development and implementation of product and process innovations

Your profile:

Several years of professional experience as an equipment operator, preferably with precision mechanical production systems
Completed vocational training as a toolmaker, mechatronics technician, or precision mechanic
Team spirit, logical thinking, and attention to detail
Willingness to work shifts and enthusiasm for precision mechanics
